Passport denied

Hey so i need to pay my rent and get my cats jabs done 
and iv used paypal for years recently its made my bank cards not useable so i removed them and added them back 
it asked for my details as such 
i then had to prove who i was and sent them bankstatemeants and passport 
i work in a casino and u can see my paymeant from them 
and they still say im not over 18 years old 
really annoying as my landlord is gonna go mental and paypal refuses to get back to me

The point is were you 18 when you opened that paypal account?

i think i wasnt 18 no but i didnt do money transactions till i turned 18 as didnt start propper work till then 
if that means im not getting my account back i got money in my account is that gone now

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18. So even though you are over 18 now your account is an illegal one as it was opened underage and paypal have just discovered that and so limited it.

Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.

So now you are you need to contact customer services and ask if you can open a new account and then ask them to transfer the funds across from  your old account.
