I'm from Puerto Rico thus use a local bank not listed. I was told by a friend to input the routing number and it would apply it. Well it worked but on the second screen I mixed up the routing and account. So now I get a message that I can no longer try that account because I maximized on the attempts. I was sent $40 that have been lingering in my Paypal account. They are not transferring to my current atm /credit account posted or to the bank account I'm trying to enroll, ehich actually the account card belongs to. I want my money in my bank account! Help!
