PSD2 regulation change - cannot access account due to outdated mobile number

Hi
I have read previous posts with a similar problem to mine but none are applicable.
I moved country and therefore no longer use the mobile number that was listed on my account. My only options to confirm my account are to recieve an SMS or a phone call with an OTT. Neither of which is possible. I have attempted to by-pass by changing my password but no luck. There is no other option to confrim my identity without this number. I cannot even contact paypal directly without logging in - completely redundant.
Please advise

From the Trustpilot reporting system,I see that many have this problem.
Don't understand, why PayPal can't provide a solution to this????
