PSD2 login

Hi, PayPal want me to confirm who I am via the PSD2, unfortunately I've not updated my phone number as I only have a company mobile, my firm changes these frequently.  All the phone numbers on my account are now date, so I can't message them or receive any texts and can't confirm who I am. Basically locked out of my account.  What can I do?
