PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication - wrong phone number

Hi

I'm trying to login to my account but it's asking me for PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication using a phone number that I don't recognise. I can't even login to change the phone number or send a message.

Does anyone know how I can contact paypal to get the phone number updated?
