PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication - can no longer log in to paypal

The number for confirmation is our home landline and it never rings no matter how often we try and there appears to be no other way to authenticate my account. 'Confirm a different way' just takes us through the same screen.

 

Please assist. I need to send payments.

i have new phone number on my pay pal and i cant sign in pls delet this number
