PSD2 Authenticate

Ok so I've just went to log in to my PayPal to update my phone number. I have entered email and password but in order to continue I need to enter a code texted to me but the number it is being sent to is my old number which I no longer have access to. I tried to contact PayPal via the contact us section but I need to log in in to contact them which it won't let me do. Does anyone know how I can contact PayPal any other way?
