PS4 : "your papal account is currently locked.."

im trying to login to my paypal account via ps4 and i received the following message :

" your papal account is currently locked. please visit www.paypal.com to unlocked your account"

who can help with that? i can access to my account via browser or phone

I am sorry about your issue. Please, check your Resolution Center for any unresolved issue. Try from the desktop version of your mobile or from your laptop.

If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
