Normally paypal direct you to the resolution centre where there is an upload link for any requests for documentation?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

It goes to the page with the upload box i think (dotted border with a cloud inside?) When i try to click on it nothing happens. I literally tried to select every item on the page and nothing happens. ?? This has been a very frustrating experience. Worse part is not one transaction has been made yet all i did was added a debit card from a legit account that has been open two years and finalize my key which i gave custom security number for added safety. This is what has been deemed suspicious activity??? Cant wait to try actually using it, what is the penalty for legitimate transactions lol. Sorry PayPal but you really are losing touch, just remember in a business that is primarily used to send and receive money you have to allow money to be sent and received.
