WE ARE A SMALL COMPANY AND HAVE SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED A FULL SET OF FRESH KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER DOCUMENTS PERFECTED TO THE SATISFACTION OF PAYPAL COMPLIANCE AND ON THE 16/1 THEY HAVE FULLY RESTORED THE ACCOUNT, YESTERDAY THEY BLOCKED IT AGAIN SEEKING MORE INFORMATION REQUIRED WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME WHAT INFORMATION IS NOW REQUIRED OR ADDITIONALLY NEEDED.  I FIND THIS GROSSLY INCOMPETENCE BY PAYPAL COMPLIANCE AND HAVE DECIDED TO REPORT TO THE FINANCIAL REGULATOR, CAN SOMEBODY IN HIS RIGHT FRAME OF MIND GIVE ME A VALID REASON FOR SUCH ACTION?
