Hello my dear friends 6 months ago my paypal held my money 582€ . in 3 october need to release paypal my money now its 12 october. when i try to add bank Its say "we cannot procces your request right now" i try to call paypal. but the roboot answered me and cannot help me he just told me the rules of paypal limit account . i cant add bank account to withdraw money can somebody help pls?
