Hi, I am having trouble logging in my paypal account. Due to some kind of PSD2 regulation logging in needs phone verification. The problem is that I have a new phone number and the one listed is out of function for a long time. I never had to use the phone number so I forgot to update it. I cannot find a way to update my phone number and to use paypal for buying online anymore. What can I do?? Please help.

I can get into the app but I can't do anything! I am having this same issue and I can't for the life of me figure out how to speak to a CSR...

Same here..need to query a payment for goods not received and can’t get in to account!! Can’t find way round it anywhere.
