Option to disable One Touch is not present - Security tab does not exist...

I made a purchase, a few seconds later I receive an email letting me know that I had just enabled One Touch automatic login for payments. 

I want to disable it.

I've done it a couple of times in the past, but with the latest interface redesign the options to do that are gone.

There is no blue band on top with a "Security" tab on it...

I can't find this anywhere.

Problem persists... no information about this available anywhere, as if it doesn't exist. No reply from PayPal support...

Since PayPal did not help me, I found a workaround solution:

1- go to any online store that accepts PayPal payment

2- buy something and select to pay with PayPal

3- after is makes One Touch automatic login there is a confirmation dialog

4- in this confirmation dialog there is a link with this text "Not you?"

5- click on "Not you?" this will effectively disable One Touch

This is obviously not a proper method to do this, the option to disable One Touch should be easily accessible using PayPal options... but it works.
