Old phone number 2 step, used the 1 time login due to password change and no way to contact pay pal

I have to start by saying this most irresponsible thing i have ever come across on a company, pay pal has left itself at the state that you cannot contact the company at all. Why are they keeping getting paid if the software they created for pay pal is working for them, how do we know really if there is anymore still people behind pay pal if i cannot contact a person directly and my only change to talk to a official pay pal employee is that he/she see's my post on this community page and start's talking to me but this is no use to me since she/he cannot help me with my account problem on community page.

My problem of course firstly that i cannot contact pay pal because of corona in phone there's only bot, there's no message or anything available.

Then the real issue, pay pal 2 step verification is on my old phone and i do not know where my old sim card is. There is no way around this, the only possible way to login is to know the 2 step code that i cannot access. There is a 1 change still after this to login namely change you're password which i did and while i was there i changed my phone number deleting the number they tried to ask for the 2 step verification and registering my new one.

My mistake was that 2 step verification is still tied to the old number, i just watched the option and thought that "should i change that?" i thought maybe it was not on and then i thought that if it is then not to worry i have changed my phone number no problem if the login asks the code on my new phone. Due to me not to understand how 2 step verification works i logged out and when i tried to log after back in the pay pal was asking the same old sim card number that i do not have anymore because the 2 step verification is separate from you're other info it still had the old sim card number where it would like to send my 2 step verification code. In my pay pal i have all my info about me and i can prove 100% to be the person to own the account, but i cannot contact pay pal again. I have access to my email, bank account i have my passport i could do anything to prove i am who i say i am. But no, pay pal is unreachable. Maybe there is no one there ? Maybe i should just listen to x files main theme and trust that the "truth is out there" and maybe pay pal employees return someday on they're flying saucer ? But while i wait for that i had sold headphones on online store and got 800+ euros for it and now it's locked on pay pal, i am trying to work it out with online store but they seem reluctant to believe that i cannot contact the pay pal staff, and they say that they cannot contact them either. Is pay pal underground or something...? I hope that pay pal which is in the state of incorporeal "Lord of the Rings eye" without the power of the ring will some day reach it's true form again, and give me back my account. Thank you for listening.

Try downloading the app and changing the phone number via settings / using the forgotten password option / trying again another day when sometimes you can get in without doing the verification and then you can go and change the number.

If that does not work then you would need to contact customer services so that they can i.d. you another way and then add your new phone number to your account.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
