Old email and # . cant get in

I cant log into my account. I dont have access to the email or the phone number. Ive called..no answer. Looked in the help...so I need my account information updated . but no one to guide me. Driving me nuts. Heck it might be hacked and someone is controling it now. Please s.o.s.
