Old customer need management support

If all rules can be easily carried out by support department there is no need for high-level managers ! 

As an old Ebay/PAYPAL customer I created the account name long before the new rule <real-name> in place. 

The customer service rep and supervisors involved sticked with their new rules (forgot the spirit of customer service !?) closed my acess to the PAYPAL account .  Where I can write to PAYPAL President/CEO to voice customer rights ? 

As a marketing professor I teach similar courses and always focus on win-win customer relations . 

Any advise or helping resources are appreciated !
