Hello. Ive had my old PayPal account for some time and couldn't access it due to forgetting email password so ive set up a new one. Now, there was some payment made from survey company to the old PayPal address but i cant reset the password as i only have an option to get a text to the number i dont own anymore. Is there any way to recover the funds/account that i had before? Forgot the security questions as well...
