Old account

So I have my old account email but don’t have the password OR the phone number associated with it.. I’ve also completely forgot my security answers.. how can I get back in that account as Money was just sent to that account??

Contact customer service:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and use the PayPal Guest option.
