As the title states, my paypal account is on a old phone number, as I have moved and gotten a new one. I can't change it because I need to login to do that. Customer service through phone is unavailable, I have called both my local number, which is down due to corona virus, and the international number, where I got no answer as well. I have sent a support ticket on the website, and am unable to chat due to having to login to the account. This is an alternate account i made just to post here. How can I resolve this?
