About 10 years ago I had a Paypal account that I used for my Ebay/Uk trading. I ceased using the account when I moved to another country and stopped trading on Ebay. Recently I tried to open the account. Paypal recognises my email account and confirms that there is still an account open but when I try to use the password that I believed was correct, it rejects. So then when I try to reset the password, it requires my phone number. The number I used 10 years ago is not valid as it is in another country. So, I find I cannot proceed with the reset of the password. How do I proceed to reconnect to my old Paypal account. I get messages from Paypal saying there are funds in it but I cant seem to access it.
