I have an email address that I would prefer to use for my PayPal account. I couldn't use this address as the PayPal consultant at my bank said it was linked to another PayPal account that I can't recall ever creating. I have now had to use a second email address as a primary account to link the payPal account to my bank. This is really inconvenient. How do I force an "un-linking" of my preferred email account from the old PayPal account to link it to the new one. For some strange reason the old PayPal account is now linked to some strange user in Germany and the security protocols are forcing secondary validation to a mobile number I don't own. Any ideas?
