I don't use PayPal. I don't want to be potentially exposed simply because I thought at one time I have a need and use it but cancelling everything is not an option, at least not one I can find. HELP! Meanwhile. I hereby state the I have not used PayPal, have no use for PayPal and refuse to be held responsible for any potential liability having an open PayPal account may cause due to PayPal not allowing me to close/delete my account(s). You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
