Notifications

My PayPal home page shows that there's 1 notification for my account, but when I click on the bell, there's nothing there to read, even though there's a 1 on the tab. How do I read this notification?

I'm sorry to hear of the concern. 

What browser are you using? I recommend clearing your cache and cookies. Once that's done, try again using Firefox or IE.
