Notifications

For the last couple of weeks I have received no email notifications of payments when I should have many times. Has PayPal changed how they conduct this service? When I go to my profile to see how such notifications are set up, there is only one option for IPN notifications, which I don't want, partly because I have multiple websites with PayPal sales.

We are experiencing this too
we are getting most payment emails on time, but approx. 40% take anything from 2 to 6 hours to come through
its not us or our server, as there's nothing in our mail que
its been going on for about 2 weeks now, and is a real pain.
they do eventually come, but when trying to organise orders and payments together its making it harder work for our systems here
it does this about 3 or 4 times a year, and does eventually sort itself out.
i checked PayPal service portal https://www.paypal-status.com/product/production and surprise surprise, there are no known issues, which is always the case when i have checked in the past.

come on paypal, please fix this issue !
