Hello, as of about 3 days ago I cannot send money. Every time I go to send money, it says they need a quick security check. Every time I choose a “text” I do not recieve it. When I choose “call” on the other hand, it goes straight to a screen which says “sorry, we can’t verify it’s you” without even giving me a call. This is very frustrating as it was working fine a few days ago. I have metro pcs as my carrier, hope that helps. Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

I am sick and tired of both the sms or call me funtions not working, you guys make millions a year, yet your system is worse than second rate.
This needs sorting asap. Should I have to wait over an hour one more time I will be closing my cosing my account, totally had enough.

I can't even verify my mobile on a new account. I spoke with the text chat support, they sent me to phone chat support, who I'm currently waiting on a callback from. It's rather obnoxious that I can't even set UP my 2FA, or use my mobile to receive money. Their advice thus far? "Just use your email to send and receive money."
