Not receiving security calls or messages in order to login

I am unable to login to my paypal account as it is asking to send a verification SMS or a call. I no longer receive the messages or the calls and I have not changed my number on the account. I am able to receive calls and messages from other services so unsure what the issue with paypal is.

Any suggestions? Cheers


EDIT: It's likely due to the PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication changes - my phone number needs to be updated to the +44 international version of the phone number but I can't login to change the number.. how to change it?
