I was trying to link my PayPal to my Schwab checking account, but got an error -

"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. 

Not linked: CHARLES SCHWAB Checking ••••<Removed> Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now."

 

I messaged the rep and was told that the system has determined some risk involved. I asked them to solve the issue. Since then every day a rep would text an authorization code to me, then tell me that they "attempted to resolve this issue". The rep won't wait online while I reply back and tell them that the issue persists. The next day a new rep would tell me the same thing, then immediately go offline. Rinse and repeat.

I'm having exact same issue. PayPal is a joke.
