The confirmation code to confirm my mobile number is not coming through. I've tried 3 times. In the interim I've had two friends text me to make sure it's not me somehow, and both have come through immediately. I have a regular iPhone with plain old T-Mobile service - what is going on?!?
I have the same problem. Hep desk says I need Premium Service from T-Mobile. There is no such thing as premium texting. Makes me want to switch to another payment service. If I can't get this fixed I will need to switch services.
