Not be able to link my account

Hello I am new to paypal and i am trying to link my debit card or bank account of inusind bank but since yesterday its showing error Can you pls resolve the issue so that i can withdraw my money from paypal wallet.

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing an error message when trying to link your card and/or bank account. Is the bank account with a traditional bank, or is it a virtual bank account? If the account is a virtual account, it will not be compatible with the PayPal system.
