Not able to add another email ID.

I have added one email ID, however I need to add another one. Whenever I try to add the new ID, there's an error that reads - "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service.". However, there's no solution that I can find at the help centre. Please help.

Hi @SMD1992,

 

It sounds as though you're trying to add another email address to the PayPal account, but are experiencing an error. This can occur if the email address already exists in our system on another account, if the email address is already active on the account, or if there is a limitation on the account preventing any changes from being made. If you are still experiencing this error, I would advise you contact our customer service directly to determine what is causing this to occur. To do this, please follow the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page, or you can also reach us on Facebook or at @AskPayPal on Twitter.
