Not able to access my account

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to log in to my other Paypal account, but I forgot the password and when I click on "Having trouble logging in?" it showing that I have to choose between my email or phone number for verification and to rest my password. I am choosing the email option because I don't have the same phone number anymore, so Paypal sent an email with a code that I entered for verification, after that Paypal still want to make second verification through my previous phone number. How can I solve that? I don't use that number anymore and I didn't find any other way to access my account. please help!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
