Nonsensical Notifications from Paypal

Why, every time I log into my account, PP sends me the following notification "... New Login to PayPal We noticed a new login with your PayPal account associated with xxx from a device we don't recognize...".  I've been logging into this SAME account with this SAME machine for at lease seven(7) years now.  Enough already...  Please update your software to recognize this computer, and stop sending this redundant spam-like email

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
