Our church is a qualified non-profit via Paypal. 

 

Since it is a church, our "Executive Director" is our pastor. 

 

And when this account was created - he was the main contact listed. Is this "wrong" or bad? Should we change it to the treasurer? We technically have treasurer have admin access, but the treasurer changes from time to time. 

 

Should I just downgrade the head pastor's admin access to just read only/records?
