This message is really for my elderly father who has a PayPal account but somehow selected two factor authentication even though he does not have a smart phone. When he logs on he is prompted to enter his PIN that is sent to his mobile number but he obviously can't receive it. He has a balance on his Paypal account that keeps accruing interest because he doesn't know how to pay it off. Why the balance isn't paid automatically by his credit card I don't know. He told me that it was before. Anyway, he wants to pay it off and close the account. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. He tried calling Paypal help line but he said the wait time was very long.
