No 'sell on social' tile

Hi there, so my issue is that I am trying to link my business paypal account to my business Facebook page and I have no 'sell on social' tile in my tools menu.
Can't find anything explaining why it wouldn't be there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am in Australia, I am looking for the same. Any luck? Or is this another "regional" thing where other countries get premium?
