No reply from PayPal - refusing verifications with random reasons

Hi,

I have a business PayPal account and I've received more than 1800 EUR so I have to verify my account.

I've sent my driving license and my bank statement as proof of address. They've accepted my driving license, but refused the bank statement as "it doesn't show company logo".

I've written three support e-mails that as I am an Individual, I can't even have a company logo and if they want my bank's company logo, it is on the bank statement. I didn't get any reply from them for more than a week and it's a quite serious problem for me as I can't withdraw any money from PayPal until that.

Any ideas?

This may be something you'll want to call PayPal about.

It has been solved, PayPal's emails were in the spam folder.
