No refund bad seller

Hey, looking some advice. I bought an item off of a seller SHE put the wrong address on it and now paypal is refusing to give me a refund because it was 'delivered' but yet I have no item after a month, money down and no item for christmas.. I put a claim in and paypal NEVER even read my side of the claim at all just seen her tracking number and thats it.. im gutted ive been let down by paypal so much

If you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you?

I'll try tomorrow morning i feel SO LET DOWN by paypal. How they didn't see my parcel wasnt delivered to my address and think thats okay is beyond me!!!

1. Give customer services a call and appeal.

2. If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
