So i made my account and I forgot to put the suffix (Jr) on paypal. Now that I got my stimulus check im trying to cash it through paypal but it wont let me because of the missing suffix. I try to add the suffix only for paypal to ask me for an ID (which i do have) and a utility bill or bank statement (which i dont have). How do i fix this? will contacting customer service help? I literally only havw my ID and SSN
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
