No longer able to access Phone number so can't access account & Paypal helpline cuts you off.

The phone number on our UK Business account is no longer accessible, hence we can't put in the pin number to access the account.

However, when you you ring the PayPal helpline, the automatic system just says "We can't help you at this time" and cuts you off.
