Hello,
With no level of service provided how does a customer find out why the account is on hold? Automated message refers you to user .
Agreement which can be 1 of 50 + issues. Would be ideal for a bank to provide a level of personalized service? Other financial institutions are open and answer phones to resolve problems and not using Covid as an excuse. Ebay is offering the same or no phone service. Employees cant remote in and at least attempt to help us out? Emails are going unanswered also.
