No invoice to verify account with? I only ever used PayPal in conjunction with EBay, and so, never had a PayPal invoice. Now when I need to provide one to verify my account, I’m stumped. Every other document was submitted for review, but I haven’t heard anything back. It’s been so long that my account is essentially frozen, leaving me with money that I can’t use. I have tried repeatedly to call, but was put on hold for hours each time. I am extremely frustrated. What do I do? Is there some EBay invoice that I don’t know about?
