No email confirmation

I am not receiving emails when getting payments or withdrawing any more, why is that? Thank you

Hi @Johannacb80,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

In general, we always send emails when something happens on the account. If you are not receiving them, I would recommend checking your spam/junk folder. If not, please check your PayPal settings to make sure that your email is active and confirmed.
