No confirmation of Business. been waiting 2 weeks for the 2-3 Business days notification to go away

Hi there,

I am in a partnership business and I am trying to set up a PayPal account. 

I have fille din my business details and it says that Paypal will confirm within 2-3 business days. 

I have been waiting for two weeks and can not find anywhere to get help. The message centre is just an A.i that is not useful at all. 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem or where I can get a non-bot to look into my problem?
