my PayPal suddenly stopped allowing new payments. Any monthly ones set up are going through fine and the credit card is ok.
I went into Paypal and it is asking me to verify a bank account but after 3 attempts over a few weeks it is still not showing anything on my statement
so I have no idea what steps to take next. any help appreciated.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
