I am in Colombia, been receiving payments from one specific US company for years now, also making payments isn't a problem. For some reason, I don't see the 'Transfer Money' or 'Top Up' options in my account, is this not available in my country?
The paypal balance is in zero, but this shouldn't be a problem, I have credit card and local bank accounts linked as well.
