No Checkout process completed !!

Hi all!

Checkout errors ALL THE TIME!!

I discovered that there are some issues in my account, because some customers to my website visited checkout page but no sales at all. Would you please check out my account to be sure if there is something wrong? thank you in advance.

No one in the forums has access to your account to check, you may have to contact customer service for them to check or check your Payment Preferences in your Account Settings page (click gear icon on top menu) to see if you blocked any certain types of payments. Also check Website Preferences settings on the same Account settings page too.

 

To contact customer service for assistance:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
