Your not going to be able to make a purchase without that code. What you can do is call customer service and let them know you no longer have access to your cellphone and they could maybe take that number off but if I were you I would sign up for textnow it’s free and gives you a free number so when you call customer service you have a number to give them you don’t need a phone it can be use on a computer or tablet many things!
Did you happen to find a way? I’ve been overseas almost 9 years now and find that PayPal is useful, but linking a bank is a must if sending overseas often to avoid a much higher fee
