No Acess to old phone number, locked out of account
I cannot log into my paypal account after my phone was lost, upon trying to activate the app on my current phone I was prompted to recieve a text or call to my old phone, which i don't have. I tried logging in on my internet browser and was met with the same thing, I have been trying for weeks now and have reset my password, tried diffrent browsers and devices with no luck. Today I messaged the help desk on twitter and was sent around in circles because I do not have a landline or mobile number capable of outgoing calls and the "Messege Us" option requires me to log in, which I obviously can't do.
Has anyone figured out a way around this? I would like to email them as thats the only secure method I have
