I was unable to add my credit card(MasterCard) to my PayPal account. Please can someone help me out with the right procedures to follow?

WELL,he has alreaday tried linking a credit card and failed,I am just saying there is nothing else he can do except if someone sends him money ,he can spend it.by sending to whoever?

As he can't RECEIVE funds then how can someone send him money?  

He is asking about adding a card to PURCHASE items, all he needs to know is type of card to add.
