Hi there I’m unable to log in as my account is setup to my old phone number and was unaware PayPal was changing logins I physically can’t log in to change my phone number it just keeps saying send a text to authorise and it’s to my old number
Send an e-mail to paypal and request them to remove your current phone number and the 2-step verification on your paypal. Afterwards you will be able to login without confirming the old phone number. You could also send verification in the e-mail so they know you are the correct owner of the account.
They reply within 24 hours to e-mails. Be aware longer wait times may occur due to covid-19
